ABC续订《实习医生格蕾》第20季，从第一季就在的Meg Marinis出任剧集运作人。The season picks up where the last left off with Altman unconscious, Owen is worried. Fortunately, Winston retus and does his best to help her. Marsh tells the intes they are in trouble which scares them especially Yasuda. Millin and-Kwan are dealing with her telling him she loves him. Adams and Simone are dealing with what happened between them and Sam's death following their decision to operate on him. Link and Jo after getting together need to tell Sam's mother why he died. After Marsh tells them not to do anything medical. Adams goes out to help a patient in an ambulance. Simone follows they go in when the ambulance is struck by a robot car that keeps ramming it. Bailey and Grey try to tell them what to do to keep the patient alive till they can get them out. Meredith thinks her career is over because of her revelations.
